Yomi was born into a large family, with six older brothers, some of whom are also popular in Nigeria and beyond. If you still don’t know, Ace Comedian, Ayo Makun, which is as popular as AY is Yomi Casual’s brother. Yomi is not a native of Lagos, his relatives, and ancestors are from Ifon, Ondo State.

The designer got her a stunning ring with her name already engraved on it — Mrs Makun. The couple got married in October of the same year and they currently have a child together. Her name is Kahley Makun and she was born in January 2018 in Atlanta, U.S.A. Yomi revealed in an interview that he met his wife at a friend’s party. The designer revealed that she was the only reserved girl at the party and that attribute endeared her to him. Yomi also revealed that fatherhood has taken away his bad temper as he is now a calm person.

Yomi Casual has been nominated for several award categories, and in the year 2014, he won the inspiration Excellence Award. Apart from this, Yomi Casual has also been honoured with many other awards as listed below:
