Tiwaloluwa Olanubi Jnr is a Nigerian media, food, and technology entrepreneur. He is the founder of Dotts Media House — One of Africa’s foremost digital marketing firms, Zarafet Loaves — A bread-producing bakery in Lagos, Trendupp Africa. He is also the publisher of the Nigerian Influencer Marketing Report (NIMR).

TIWALOLUWA OLANUBI JNR: EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Olanubi Jnr was born on June 28, 1988, in Lagos to Engr Tiwalola Wallace Olanubi and Oluwatoyin Olanubi. He attended Centra Fael Elementary School in Ondo, Hallmark Secondary School in Ondo, and Becky Parker College in Akure. He studied quantity surveyor at the University of Lagos.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE

Olanubi Jnr has increased his interest in marketing and communication at the University of Lagos by promoting entertainment events on his campus. In his third year of college, he was appointed Brand Ambassador for BlackBerry Nigeria. This increased his interest in the media and communication. After graduating, Olanubi Jr. founded Dotts MediaHouse (digital marketing and communications company) and has now grown into a Dotts group company with three subsidiaries including DottsMediaHouse Limited, Dotts CoWorking Space, and Asteri Africa (reservation and management company). ..
In 2017, Olanubi Jr. also founded a food company called Zarafet Loaves, a bakery company. And in 2019, he co-founded a platform for influencers and content creators called Trendupp Africa.
In 2018, Guardian Life Magazine wrote that Olanubi was one of the young people in Nigeria who shaped the future, and Vanguard Allure named him one of the twelve talented young people nominated for Future Awards. In 2018, his telecommunications company DottsMediaHouse was recognized by the African Quality Achievement Award as Africa’s premier quality digital marketing company of the year and West Africa’s digital marketing agency of decades.
In 2019, Olanubi led the team at Dotts Media House to release Nigeria’s first influencer marketing report called NIMR (Nigeria Influencer Marketing Report). The report is published annually and distributed to media enthusiasts and content creators at Lagos Social Media Week.
Tiwalola Olanubi Jnr has been involved in CSR projects such as Leap Africa’s Youth Day of Service and Naija Hacks Hackathons for the past five years. Tiwalola is passionate about governance, youth development, and entrepreneurship.

Olanubi Jnr was nominated twice in three years for Future Awards Africa.

he got Prize in Media Enterprise in 2017 and Prize in Business in 2019.

He was named the Young CEO of 2019 at the Creative Faith Academy Awards.

He was awarded in 2020 as the CEO of the year at the BrandCOM Awards.

Ynaija recognized him as one of the 10 under 40 most powerful young persons on social media.

In 2021, Opera News named him amongst seven (7) next-level moguls to watch alongside Shola Akinlade. (Paystack), David Adeleke (DMW), Odun Eweniyi (PiggyVest), Chidi Ajaere (GIG Motors), etc.
